Plan, Prep & Nourish: A 2-Week Guided Kitchen Challenge
With Krista Parr & Amanda Gangoso
September 18 – October 2, 2026
Find your kitchen rhythm this fall.
You already know that meal planning makes life easier.
You know that a little prep at the beginning of the week can save hours later.
And you know how good it feels to open the fridge and have nourishing food ready to go.
But somehow, life gets busy. Summer schedules take over. Routines disappear.
Good intentions get pushed to next week.
If you've been wanting to get back into a rhythm in the kitchen, you're in the right place.
Plan, Prep & Nourish is a practical, supportive two-week challenge designed to help you create a meal planning and prep routine that actually fits your real life.
No rigid meal plans. No spending your entire Sunday in the kitchen. Just simple strategies, practical tools, and accountability to help make nourishing meals
feel easier.
Imagine...
-
Opening the fridge and already knowing what's for dinner.
-
Heading into the week with a plan instead of winging it.
-
Feeling calmer at mealtimes.
-
Wasting less food and making fewer last-minute grocery trips.
-
Building a kitchen rhythm you can maintain long after the challenge ends.
Our goal is simple: help healthy eating feel easier, one week at a time.
Between the two of us, we've spent nearly two decades helping families eat nourishing meals in the midst of busy, everyday life. We'll share the planning and prep strategies we actually use, and help you adapt them to fit your family, schedule, and budget.
The focus isn't perfection. It's creating a rhythm you can actually maintain.
Here's How It Works
📅 Step 1: Plan Together
Friday, September 18, 12pm PDT
Join us live for a hands-on Meal Planning Workshop.
We'll show you how to:
-
Plan around your real schedule
-
Shop your pantry, fridge and freezer first
-
Create a flexible weekly meal plan
-
Build an intentional grocery list
-
Adapt your plan when life changes
You'll leave the workshop with a completed meal plan for your week, not just a page of ideas.
💬 Step 2: Put It Into Practice
Over the following week, you'll put your new planning skills to work with:
-
Sample meal plans
-
Seasonal recipes and grocery lists
-
Simple challenges and action steps
-
Support and accountability inside our private Facebook group
We'll be there to answer questions, cheer you on, and help you troubleshoot along the way.
📅 Step 3: Prep Together
Sunday, September 27 11am-1pm PDT
We'll prep together in real time during a live Meal Prep Cook-Along.
You'll finish with a fridge (and maybe freezer!) stocked with nourishing meals and meal components to make the week ahead feel so much easier.
The challenge continues through October 2, giving you time to put everything you've learned into practice.

Is Plan, Prep & Nourish Right for You?
This challenge is for you if you:
-
Know what healthy eating looks like but struggle with consistency
-
Want a more organized approach to meals
-
Buy groceries with good intentions but don't always use everything
-
Are tired of making dinner decisions every day
-
Want to cook more nourishing food without spending hours in the kitchen
-
Need a realistic routine, not more nutrition information
Frequently Asked Questions:
Is this vegetarian?
No. The recipes and meal plans will include a variety of foods, including meat. Vegetarian alternatives can be offered where appropriate, and you're always welcome to adapt the recipes and plans to suit your household.
Are the recipes gluten-free and dairy-free?
Many of the recipes will be naturally gluten- and/or dairy-free, and alternatives will be offered where possible. You're welcome to adapt recipes to suit your dietary preferences and needs.
Do I have to follow your meal plans?
Not at all! We're teaching you how to plan, not telling you exactly what to eat. We'll provide sample meal plans and recipes, but you'll learn how to adapt them to your family's schedule, preferences, budget, and what you already have on hand.
What if I can't attend the live sessions?
No problem. Both sessions will be recorded and available to participants for two weeks after the challenge ends. We do encourage you to join live whenever possible (or watch te recordings within a day or two) - the interaction and accountability are an enriching part of the experience.
How much time will this take?
The two live sessions are the main time commitment. Beyond that, you'll have simple challenges and action steps to complete throughout the two weeks. This isn't designed to take over your life!
Do I need to be an experienced cook?
Not at all. The focus is on creating a realistic system, not becoming a chef. Whether you love to cook or want to feel more confident in the kitchen, you'll be able to adapt the process to your skill level.
By the End of the Challenge...
You'll have a meal planning process you can repeat, practical prep skills you can use every week, new seasonal recipes to add to your rotation, and - most importantly - a kitchen rhythm that feels realistic and sustainable.
We can't wait to plan, prep, and nourish alongside you!
